WHO WAS AFFECTED?
BlackBerry users in the United States and Canada beginning Wednesday. BlackBerry users in South America have been affected since Tuesday. BlackBerry users in the Middle East, Europe, and Asia have been affected since Monday.
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO?
Affected users who need to send and receive text messages or emails or access the Internet should use a non-BlackBerry device.
HAS THE PROBLEM BEEN RESOLVED?
