OIT has announced that they will upgrade the BuzzPort portal site from 5:00 PM on Friday, June 5, to 7:00 AM on Monday, June 8, 2009. This will affect BuzzPort and some Banner users. For fulldetails,please see the message below.

BuzzPort Portal Upgrade June 5, 5pm until June 8, 7am

WHAT IS HAPPENING?

The BuzzPort portal will be upgraded to the latestrelease version and

will include the integration of My GaTech calendar andemail.

WHO/WHAT IS AFFECTED BY THE UPGRADE?

All BuzzPort users and those Banner users who rely uponBuzzPort to access

Oscar/Self Service and other CAS applications (GTFoundation, FASET). The

Banner system will be available during the BuzzPortupgrade.

WHEN IS THE UPGRADE HAPPENING?

On Friday, June 5, beginning at 5pm through Monday, June8 at 7am,

BuzzPort will be unavailable.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO?

1. Close all BuzzPort browser sessions prior to yourdeparture on Friday,

June 5th.

2. Services will become available as normal after 7am onMonday, June

8th.
