At 12:00 PM on Friday, December 18, 2009.
WHY IS IT HAPPENING?
In observance of the Winter Break.
Due to the furlough, the Help Desk will be closed from 12:00 PM, December 18, 2009, until 7:00 AM, January 4, 2010. During the furlough and break, TSO will provide on-call support at 404.385.3833 for faculty and staff for the following critical services:
? Exchange email (Zimbra email outages should be reported to OIT)
? www.cc.gatech.edu outages (CoC Main Web Page)
? Network home directories under the following filesystems: ccsamba, winhome, rd1, rd2, and rd3
? Admin FS (\\\\adminfs)
? A building-wide wired network outage (LAWN outages should be reported to OIT)
? Data Center electrical and cooling problems for CCB, KACB, and TSRB
