WHAT'S HAPPENING?
There are emails that are being circulated, an example of which is below, that request users to follow a link that directs to an unusual URL and provide sensitive information. These are not legitimate emails.
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO?
If you receive an email like this, do not click on the link. You may safely delete it.
You can learn to recognize phishing emails. They frequently contain poor grammar and unusual wording. Sometimes they will use a legitimate-looking email address, but they don't always. In some cases, there is a mismatch between the name and the email address in the From field. These emails want you to visit a site with an unusual URL that has nothing to do with the sender.
