WHAT'S HAPPENING?
OIT has enacted an automated process to de-provision Office 365 services for former employees and students.
WHEN IS IT HAPPENING?
The process went into production on Tuesday, January 26, 2016.
WHO IS AFFECTED?
Students that have not been enrolled for 1 semester and 14 days and former employees who have recently ended their employment. Affected users will begin receiving notifications as to when they will lose access. These notifications should begin 30 days before services are de-provisioned.
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO?
If you receive a notification and have concerns about your Office 365 services expiring, please contact us at helpdesk@cc.gatech.edu.
