The Android interface and capabilities can vary significantly depending on the version, device, and any carrier interface changes.  Most Android devices that are current as of the time of this writing support the Office 365 email, contacts, and calendaring (generally, only the primary calendar) environment.  Other software, such as Touchdown, may provide additional capabilities.

TSO System Notices are posted to the cc-tso-availability@lists.gatech.edu mailing list, which you can join on the OIT SYMPA server.

1. Go to the cc-tso-availability subscription page on the OIT SYMPA server.
2. Click "Subscribe" on the left hand side of the page.
3. Enter your email address.
4. Click Submit.

Microsoft Outlooks maintains a list for automatic completion of email addresses in email messages.  This list is automatically generated as one uses Outlook.  In some cases, such as the removal of a mailbox or a server migration, some auto complete entries may become out-of-date and prevent an email from arriving at the proper destination.  To remove these entries, please refer to the directions below:

1. Click on New Event from the File menu. 
2. Enter in the Name, Time and Date for the meeting. 
3. Click on Add Invitees and type in their name or email address. If they are in the GAL you can see their free/busy schedule by pressing the Available Meeting Times link below Add Invitees. 
4. Click on Send to finish scheduling the event.

To add users to an OIT Sympa mailing list (lists.gatech.edu), you need to be a priviliged owner.  To add users, perform the following steps:
