Temporary Help Desk Relocation
WHAT'S HAPPENING?
The CCB Help Desk will be temporarily relocated to CCB 33.
WHEN IS IT HAPPENING?
On Tuesday, September 7, 2017, from 8:00 AM until 5:00 PM.
WHY IS IT HAPPENING?
There is an electrical issue affecting power in portions of CCB 148 and immediately outside. This has affected the digital signage and the mopier. The cabling will be repaired to prevent any further issues.

WHAT'S HAPPENING?
Versions of the Java Runtime Environment (JRE or Java) newer than Version 8 Update 131 may cause problems when using WebNow.
WHEN IS IT HAPPENING?
Tuesday, July 26, 2017, and ongoing.
WHY IS IT HAPPENING?
WebNow relies on older versions of JRE for full functionality.
WHO IS AFFECTED?
Any user of the WebNow service who has updated JRE beyond Version 8 Update 131.
