On Saturday, February 16, 2013, between 7:00 AM and 1:00 PM.


WHY IS IT HAPPENING?
OIT will upgrade Oracle.


WHO IS AFFECTED?
All users of services supported by DWPROD, MPROD, FISCH3, FPRPROD, IAMPROD, MPROD, and PRODBOB databases will be impacted.  This includes but is not limited to the following services:

Buzzport Channels may be affected
CIOS - Course Instructor Opinion Survey
Coldfusion applications
Crystal reports users using local workstation instances of Banner/Oscar as well as Banner Imaging, some Buzzport channel users, and all report users accessing BPROD.
