Banner/Oscar: between 7:00 AM and 10:00 AM, Sunday, November 18.
Techworks and PeopleSoft: between 8:00 AM and 12:00 PM, Sunday, November 18.
WHY IS IT HAPPENING?
OIT will apply upgrades and perform patching.
WHO IS AFFECTED?
All users of Banner/Oscar as well as Banner Imaging, some Buzzport/Oscar channel users accessing the Oscar student service, as well as some report users accessing BPROD. All users of Techworks employee self-service portal and the PeopleSoft HR and Financial applications will be unable to access these services during the maintenance window defined above.
This upgrade will also impact users access of the following applications:
* BuzzMart
* Travel & Expense Reimbursement
* TimeOut
* Applicant Tracking System
* ALL Employee Self-Service
Additionally, GTReport users who access the oracle databases supporting the applications above (HPROD/FPROD/PAPROD), may also notice brief periods of service interruption during the maintenance window defined above
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO?
Users should clear their browsers' cache before attempting to re-access these services following the maintenance period.
