At approximately 4:16 PM, Monday, September 22, 2008, TSO became aware that CoC BlackBerry devices were unable to send email messages. Incoming messages are not affected. This affects CoC faculty and staff who have a CoC-issued BlackBerry device. We are currently investigating and will provide additional information as it becomes available.

Update: The issue was resolved at 4:45 PM, September 22, following a reboot of the CoC BlackBerry Enterprise Server.
