The home directory server blanche.cc.gatech.edu will be rebooted.

WHEN IS IT HAPPENING?

This will occur between 5:30 PM and 6:00 PM on Tuesday, October 13, 2009.

WHY IS IT HAPPENING?

A configuration change is being made to the server. The change will require a reboot.

WHO IS AFFECTED?

Users whose home directory are on the filesystems listed below. These will be unavailable during the reboot.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO?

Affected users should save their work prior to the maintenance period and should be prepared for service interruption during the maintenance period. After the reboot, affected home directories may be accessed as usual.
