WHY DID IT HAPPEN?
The BuzzCard Center has been unable to upload data to Continuum, the campus door control system.


WHO WAS AFFECTED?
New BuzzCard recipients.


WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO?
First-time BuzzCard recipients will need to wait until the issue is resolved to receive door access permissions. Replacement BuzzCard recipients will need to contact TSO to manually update their existing record.


HAS THE PROBLEM BEEN RESOLVED?
No. SCAS and the Buzzcard Center are working to resolve the problem.
