OIT will upgrade the code on the bcdc1-rtr, rich-rtr, and ni-rtr firewall modules.


WHEN IS IT HAPPENING?
From 9:00 PM, Saturday, August 16, to 12:00 AM, Sunday, August 17, 2014.


WHY IS IT HAPPENING?
To resolve a bug that can cause an unexpected outage and reload of the firewall module.


WHO IS AFFECTED?
Users of T-Square, Citrix, Buzzport, Passport, CAS, Techworks, mail.gatech.edu, and Banner.


WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO?
Affected users should save their work and logout of the affected services prior to the maintenance and be prepared for service interruption during the maintenance period.  Downtime will last approximately 20 minutes per device.
