Some machines on the 1st floor of the CCB will be intermittently without networking.

Between 7:00 AM and 10:30 AM, Tuesday, November 20, 2012.


WHY IS IT HAPPENING?
One of the networking switches on the first floor of the CCB will have its code upgraded to address connectivity issues.


WHO IS AFFECTED?
Users of the following systems:

Affected systems:
Baird Lab computers
CCB 1N Mopier
wired LAWN users in CCB Commons


WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO?
Affected users should save their work prior to the maintenance and be prepared for service interruption during the maintenance period.  Some affected users may need to reboot their workstations if their home directories do not successfully remount following the maintenance.
