WHAT’S HAPPENING?

An emergency reboot of one of the network switches on the 1st floor of the CCB had to be performed.

WHEN IS IT HAPPENING?

The reboot was initiated at 10:55 AM and completed at 11:05 AM on October 17, 2014.

WHY IS IT HAPPENING?

Several users reported network issues involving duplicate IP address warnings which required a reboot of the network switch to resolve.

WHO IS AFFECTED?

CoC faculty, staff, and students on the south side of the 1st floor of the CCB.

Affected services:

Network connectivity.
