Most research and instructional clusters and systems housed in the CCB 247 and 312 data centers will be offline.  Affected systems include the following:

Between 9:00 PM, Monday, September 22, and 6:00 AM, Tuesday, September 23, 2014


WHY IS IT HAPPENING?
TSO will power off the systems to prevent overheating during emergency maintenance at the Holland chiller plant.


WHO IS AFFECTED?
CoC faculty and students who use the affected clusters and systems.


WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO?
Affected users should save their work prior to the maintenance period and be prepared for service interruption during the maintenance.

UPDATE:
In addition to the clusters listed above, the shuttles cluster was taken offline, also.  All systems were back online by 7:00 AM, September 23.
