CCB BuzzCard door access went offline.

At approximately 11:30 AM, Tuesday, November 17, 2009.

WHY DID IT HAPPEN?

The Continuum Net Controller for the CCB became unresponsive and was rebooted. It is back up but is not reachable via the network. TSO is troubleshooting.

WHO WAS AFFECTED?

All people attempting to access CCB rooms controlled by BuzzCard readers.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO?

No user action is required.

HAS THE PROBLEM BEEN RESOLVED?

No. It is currently being worked on.

UPDATE: TSO was able to access and reload the door controller. CCB BuzzCard door access was again available by 12:25 PM, November 17, 2009.
