The print server ccprint.cc.gatech.edu is offline.


WHEN DID IT HAPPEN?
The server was functioning normally immediately following the KACB power maintenance (http://support.cc.gatech.edu/utilities/alerts/klaus-power-outage) but went offline some time prior to 8:40 AM, Monday, May 14, 2012.


WHY DID IT HAPPEN?
The server experienced a drive failure in its RAID array.


WHO WAS AFFECTED?
Users attempting to print using ccprint.


WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO?
Affected users should print to a different print device that does not go through ccprint.


HAS THE PROBLEM BEEN RESOLVED?
No. The RAID array is being rebuilt.
