The service became unresponsive.
WHO WAS AFFECTED?
CoC faculty and staff would have briefly lost connectivity with their Windows network and home directories. This would have affected the rd1, rd2, and rd3 filesystems.
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO?
No user action is required.
HAS THE PROBLEM BEEN RESOLVED?
Yes. The service was restarted.
