At 10:00 AM, Wednesday, October 29, 2008, TSO began receiving reports from some users that they were unable to access their home directories. After troubleshooting with these users, it was determined that the server ccsamba.cc.gatech.edu, which provides home directories for CoC faculty and staff desktops, had stopped accepting new connections. To correct the issue, the server was rebooted. It was again providing services at 3:30 PM, October 29.
