CoC faculty and staff Exchange users were unable to connect to Exchange through Outlook or OWA.


WHEN DID IT HAPPEN?
Between approximately 1:55 PM and 3:55 PM, Tuesday, June 24, 2014.


WHY DID IT HAPPEN?
The Exchange databases went offline due to a lack of log drive space.


WHO WAS AFFECTED?
CoC Faculty and staff Exchange users.


WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO?
No user action should be required.  Email was queued during the outage, so no email was lost.


HAS THE PROBLEM BEEN RESOLVED?
Yes.  Space was freed up and the databases brought back online at 3:50 PM, June 24, 2014; mailboxes became available shortly thereafter.
