OIT will update the web server version from Plesk Onyx to Obsidian for the OIT hosted websites listed below.

Affected servers:
Plesk 22, 27, 29, 30, 31, and 32​

Affected sites:
crnch.gatech.edu
dsf.ideas.gatech.edu
mshci.gatech.edu
randall.cc.gatech.edu

WHEN IS IT HAPPENING?
Thursday, February 6, 2020, from 8:00 PM to 12:00 AM.

WHY IS IT HAPPENING?
The Plesk web servers are being upgraded because Plesk will end support for the current Onyx web server version in 2020.

WHO IS AFFECTED?
Users of the affected websites, both visitors and editors, may experience intermittent unavailability during the maintenance period.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO?
Editors for these websites should save their work and log off the affected sites prior to the maintenance period.
