WHAT’S HAPPENING?
Devices connecting to eduroam (wireless internet) are having issues. The Networking team within the Office of Information Technology are working diligently to restore the service. 

Affected services:
Wireless connectivity to eduroam.

WHEN IS IT HAPPENING?
TSO became aware of the issue around 9:30am, 8/29/22 and reported the issue to OIT.

WHY IS IT HAPPENING?
OIT is still investigating the root cause, but believe it is related to one of the campus DHCP servers.

WHO IS AFFECTED?
All users attempting to authenticate to the eduroam network, or users who move around campus after a previous connection to eduroam (i.e. walking to and from class).

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO?
No user action is required. You can follow updates to the status of the service here: Georgia Tech IT (gatech.edu)

If issues persist once OIT restores eduroam for campus, please contact the Help Desk for assistance.
