Beginning at 7:00 PM, Thursday, October 9, 2008, the core data router that serves CoC Exchange email and BES services will receive a code upgrade that requires a reboot. This will affect CoC faculty and staff who use Exchange for their email resources or have a CoC-issued BlackBerry. These services will be unavailable during this maintenance period, which is expected to be completed by 7:15 PM, October 9. Email will be queued and delivered once the router is again available. This will affect email, calendaring, and contacts on CoC BlackBerries but will not affect phone services.
