In order to address stale NFS mounts caused by the network outage on November 18, TSO rebooted the UNIX file servers trantor.cc.gatech.edu and neotrantor.cc.gatech.edu at 11:30 AM, November 19, 2008. This affected the CoC home directories of faculty, staff, and students listed below. The servers were again functional at 12:00 PM, November 19. During this outage, backups were suspended and the CoC VPN was unavailable. Also, H: drive directories on CoC-Windows machines may have been unavailable during the reboot.
