Since approximately 10:00 AM, Thursday, October 29, 2015.


WHY DID IT HAPPEN?
That's currently being investigated.


WHO WAS AFFECTED?
CoC faculty attempting to select a student who's not displayed under the PhD Review tab.


WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO?
No user action is required at this time.


HAS THE PROBLEM BEEN RESOLVED?
No.  TSO is working on the issue.

UPDATE:
TSO tracked down the issue to a bad entry in the database.  After correcting, grad.cc was returned to normal service at 4:50 PM, October 29.
