WHY DID IT HAPPEN?
The filesystem filled up and the database went into read-only mode.
 
 
WHO WAS AFFECTED?
Any user attempting to access grad.cc.gatech.edu during the outage window.

 
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO?
No user action is required.
 
 
HAS THE PROBLEM BEEN RESOLVED?
Yes.  TSO personnel were able to resolve the error, which restored functionality.
