help.cc.gatech.edu was temporarily inoperable
WHEN DID IT HAPPEN?
The issue began at 5:39am, 4/16/21. TSO became aware of the issue at 9:36am, and the issue was resolved at 10:16am.
WHY IS IT HAPPENING?
The server that hosts the RequestTracker (RT) database ran out of space and became unresponsive.
WHO IS AFFECTED?
Groups using help.cc.gatech.edu were unable to create and respond to tickets. Tickets submitted to the email addresses below may have been lost due to the nature of the outage.
