WHY IS IT HAPPENING?
The HR team has asked TSO to add the Employee Relations queue to the HR RT application.

WHO IS AFFECTED?
Users of the affected website, visitors and editors, may experience intermittent unavailability during the maintenance period.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO?
August 15th - no user impact is expected.
August 18th - users of hr-help.cc.gatech.edu should save their work and log off during the maintenance period.
