OIT will upgrade the code on the core KACB network switch.


WHEN IS IT HAPPENING?
On Tuesday, April 20, 2010, between 6:00 AM and 6:30 AM.


WHY IS IT HAPPENING?
To bring the code version in line with other CoC switches.


WHO IS AFFECTED?
CoC faculty, staff, and students in KACB will lose network connectivity for 5-10 minutes during this maintenance period while the switch is rebooted.


WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO?
No user action is required.
