Beginning at approximately 1:00 PM, Wednesday, December 22, 2010.


WHY DID IT HAPPEN?
Following the installation of sp2 for LANDesk 9.0 (see http://support.cc.gatech.edu/utilities/alerts/landesk-upgrade-3 for details), issues with provisioning arose. TSO attempted to restore from backup to correct, which left the server in an unusable state.


WHO WAS AFFECTED?
No users are affected.


WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO?
No user action is required.


HAS THE PROBLEM BEEN RESOLVED?
No. TSO will continue to work on the issue after Winter Break.
