OIT will be moving LAWN services to newer hardware.  Users of GTother and wired LAWN may not be able to login during this time.  Users of GTwifi, GTother and wired LAWN may not be able to acquire an IP address via DHCP during this time.

WHEN IS IT HAPPENING?

On Thursday, August 29, 2013 between 5:00 and 7:00 AM.

WHY IS IT HAPPENING?

To better handle increased network load.

WHO IS AFFECTED?

Users of LAWN (GTwifi, GTother, and wired LAWN).

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO?

No user action is necessary.  Be prepared for service instability during this time.
