Several users lost network connectivity on CCB first floor.

WHEN IS IT HAPPENING?

Between 8:15AM and 9:10AM, Thursday, November 12, 2009.

WHY IS IT HAPPENING?

One of the network switches in the CCB first floor data closet failed. Users located on that switch were re-routed to another switch and network service was restored to the affected users.

WHO IS AFFECTED?

Several users on the first floor of CCB.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO?

Nothing. Network service has been restored.
