On the afternoon of Wednesday, February 25, 2009, the mailing list server voreg.cc.gatech.edu, which provides services as mailman.cc.gatech.edu, stopped processing messages, causing new mailing list messages to queue. After investigating the cause, TSO restarted the system name services at 5:45 PM, February 26, and the server began processing the backlog of messages.
