WHEN IS IT HAPPENING?
MyGaTech/Zimbra: Saturday, April 19, 2014, from 6:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
PeopleSoft Financials: Saturday, April 19, 2014, from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
Webhosting: Saturday, April 19, 2014, between 6:00 AM to 7:00 AM.


WHY IS IT HAPPENING?
OIT is performing configuration changes to the production as well as server backup networking ports on all MyGaTech Email servers.  The Financial production database (FPROD) will be unavailable to apply a patch and to switch host servers.  The web plesk serves and their respective database servers will have their operating systems patched.


WHO IS AFFECTED?
Users of MyGaTech/Zimbra services, including BuzzPort users, who try to access email or group/course calendars. People who send email to users of MyGaTech/Zimbra may receive a mail delivery delayed message during this maintenance.  All users of the PeopleSoft Financial production Database (FPROD).  All customers of Webhosting.


WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO?
Affected users should save their work in these systems and logout of them prior to the maintenance period.
