The college router became unresponsive resulting in degraded network service and unreachable hosts.
WHEN DID IT HAPPEN?
The outage was first reported at 9:00am. Networking was restored at 12:45pm.
WHY DID IT HAPPEN?
The console of the router was unresponsive and required a reboot. All services were restored after the reboot.

All CoC networks
