A network switch serving the Deepthought instructional cluster will be intermittently unavailable.
 
 
WHEN IS IT HAPPENING?
Tuesday, June 7, 2016, from 6:00 AM to 7:00 AM.
 
 
WHY IS IT HAPPENING?
The switch is having performance and stability issues.  While troubleshooting, it will be rebooted several times and will possibly receive a code upgrade.
 
 
WHO IS AFFECTED?
Any CoC faculty and students attempting to use the Deepthought cluster during the maintenance window.
 
 
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO?
No user action is required.  Be prepared for service outage during the maintenance window.
