The incident was first noticed at 12 noon on 11/1/19

WHY IS IT HAPPENING?
TSO is still investigating the issue.

WHO IS AFFECTED?
All users that are sending to or receiving mail from a CoC mailing list.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO?
No mail has been lost that TSO can identify. They are currently back logged on the server and will be delivered when the issue is resolved.
