Email searches are not working as expected in some CoC Exchange email clients.

Beginning Wednesday, March 26, 2014.


WHY DID IT HAPPEN?
Indexing on the Exchange databases was not functioning properly.


WHO WAS AFFECTED?
CoC Faculty and staff Exchange users attempting to search through OWA or Outlook in non-cached mode may see incomplete or missing search results.


WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO?
No user action is required at this time.


HAS THE PROBLEM BEEN RESOLVED?
The databases are being reindexed.  There is no estimate to completion at this time.

UPDATE:
The reindexing was completed by 3:45 PM, Wednesday, April 2, 2014, and all searches should now return the full set of results.
