At approximately 3:10 PM, Wednesday, July 15, 2009, some CoC faculty and staff began experiencing connection issues to Exchange or stopped receiving messages on their BlackBerry devices. The cause is being investigated. Additional information will be posted as it becomes available.
Update: A portion of the Exchange/BES infrastructure went offline, causing the partial outage. The offline pieces were brought back online, and Exchange and BlackBerry services were returned to operational by 7:00 PM, July 15.
