WHO SHOULD YOU CONTACT FOR QUESTIONS?
TSO Help Desk (CCB 148, 404.894.7065, helpdesk@cc.gatech.edu).
UPDATE:
The 2nd floor mopier has been repaired. The issue was traced to a receipt that was scanned with the automatic document feeder (ADF) and had become jammed deep in the machine. The technician was able to clear the jam, and the mopier was tested as working. TSO requests that users not use the ADF for smaller or oddly shaped documents.
The 3rd floor common area has been fixed except for finishing options such as stapling and collating. The technician is working to repair. We will provide an additional update when those options are again available.
The 3rd floor SCS copier is awaiting a touch panel replacement. This is expected to be repaired within the next 1 to 2 business days.
UPDATE:
The touch panel has been replaced on the 3rd floor SCS mopier and has been tested as working. While printing and copying are now working on all the KACB mopiers, we're continuing to troubleshoot the finisher on the 3rd floor common area mopier.
UPDATE:
The finisher on the 3rd floor common area mopier was found to be severely out of alignment and was re-aligned by a technician. All the mopiers in KACB are now fully functional.
