On Tuesday, June 16, 2009, at 5:17 PM, the core router for the College experienced a 10-second brownout that caused 2 of its fiber modules to lose power, resulting in lost network connectivity for the CoC. The fiber modules came back up after power was restored, and network functionality was returned to normal at 5:19 PM, June 16. This would have affected any CoC faculty, staff, and students who were attempting to use network resources during this outage.
