WHAT HAPPENED?
A portion of the network on the North side of the 2nd floor of TSRB was offline.


WHEN DID IT HAPPEN?
Between approximately 12:15 PM and 12:40 PM, Thursday, July 25, 2013.


WHY DID IT HAPPEN?
A configuration error was made on one of the network switches servicing that area.


WHO WAS AFFECTED?
Approximately half of the users in the affected area.


WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO?
No user action should be required.  In some cases, affected computers will not reconnect to their mapped drives correctly and should be rebooted to restore connectivity.


HAS THE PROBLEM BEEN RESOLVED?
Yes.
