From approximately 6:00 PM on Wednesday, March 29, until 9:00 AM Thursday, March 30, 2017 .

 
WHY DID IT HAPPEN?
One of the network switches serving the second floor north-side became unresponsive.

 
WHO WAS AFFECTED?
Users on the second floor north-side of TSRB.
 
 
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO?
No user action is required.

 
HAS THE ISSUE BEEN RESOLVED?
Yes.  TSO personnel rebooted the unresponsive network switch.
