Monitoring reported the issue at 5:50pm on Tuesday, July 30, 2024 and was resolved at 9:10pm

WHY IS IT HAPPENING?

A Virtual Machine host lost connection to its controller.

WHO IS AFFECTED?

Users of the effected servers.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO?

No action required. All servers/services have been restored.
