The primary database server hosting the Data Warehouse, M-Series, Business Objects Reporting, and Identity Access Mgt database and the primary database server hosting the PeopleSoft Financial System will be unavailable.


WHEN IS IT HAPPENING?
On Saturday, April 20, 2013, between 7:00 AM and 12:00 PM.


WHY IS IT HAPPENING?
OIT will apply routine OS patches.


WHO IS AFFECTED?
All users of services supported by DWPROD, MPROD, FISCH3, FPROD, FPRPROD, IAMPROD, MPROD, and PRODBOB databases will be impacted.  This includes but is not limited to the following services:

Affected services:
Adhoc Reports using FPROD
Buzzport Channels may be affected
CIOS - Course Instructor Opinion Survey
Coldfusion applications
Crystal reports users using local workstation instances
Footprints
OSP - Sponsored Projects Services
PeopleSoft finanacial service
Reports.Gatech reports
TMA
Travel and Expense service
WREK
