WHAT’S HAPPENING?

TSO will be performing power work in the CCB Data Center.

WHEN IS IT HAPPENING?

March 3rd, 2021 from 9am-12pm.

WHY IS IT HAPPENING?

TSO will be replacing the power pole in rack R23 with 2 newer power poles to provide more plugs and power for higher density servers.

WHO IS AFFECTED?

No user impact is expected, however the switch located in the rack provides networking to backend storage for Instructional resources as well as redundant VM hosts. TSO will utilize the switch's redundant power supplies to move the switch to another power source during the maintenance.

Potentially affected services:
Cosmos cluster, Rovers cluster, Deepspace cluster, RHEV cluster
