WHY DID IT HAPPEN?
A process on the server hung.


WHO WAS AFFECTED?
Users attempting to print through ccprint.  Direct IP printing and those printing through printhost.cc.gatech.edu would have been unaffected.


WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO?
No user action is required.


HAS THE PROBLEM BEEN RESOLVED?
Yes.  The server was rebooted and is again providing services.
