While troubleshooting a printer on the print server printhost.cc.gatech.edu, which also provides services as ccprint.cc.gatech.edu, TSO inadvertently disabled printing via LPR from Linux and UNIX at approximately 1:00 PM, Thursday, February 12, 2009. This would have affected CoC faculty, staff, and students who were using those OS's to print via LPR to the print server. TSO located the configuration issue and resolved it at 3:30 PM, February 12.
