WHEN IS IT HAPPENING?

deb.cc.gatech.edu was shutdown December 22nd for the campus chilled water maintenance.

WHY IS IT HAPPENING?

With the widespread use of the mopiers throughout CCB, KACB and TSRB, TSO chose to retire the printhost.cc.gatech.edu service due to age and disuse.

WHO IS AFFECTED?

Users utilizing non-mopier printers and not configured for Direct-IP printing Affected services: printhost.cc.gatech.edu

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO?

Users experiencing issues printing should contact the TSO HelpDesk for assistance setting up Direct-IP printing. Additional information and guides for setting up the mopiers and Direct-IP printing can be found at the following address:
